Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY

All orders are prepared and shipped within 72 business hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and exceptional periods announced on the site).

A confirmation email is sent upon order validation, followed by a second email containing tracking information as soon as the shipment is made.

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier. Lital Ariel cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal and are neither returned nor refunded, except in cases of non-compliance or hidden defects
